Biography

Mr. Zeidan is the founder of Zeidan and Associates, LLC.  Mr. Zeidan has personally handled a variety of immigration matters, including employment and family-based immigrant cases, nonimmigrant visa cases, adjustment of status, and naturalization.  In addition, he represents clients in deportation/removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts, handles detention and custody cases with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and appears with clients at interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  Mr. Zeidan also represents clients in domestic matters in the Columbus, Ohio, area.

Mr. Zeidan was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2002.  He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

 

Mr. Zeidan is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.

Mr. Zeidan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from Ohio Dominican College.  He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Capital Law School in Columbus, Ohio, in 2000.

Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2002.

Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Mr. Zeidan is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
